  Service and restaurant were great. It's located in the heart of Yarmouth. Lots of things to see in walking distance.

  Rooms are a little older and bathrooms can use updating but the rooms are clean and comfortable. Check-in was quick and easy.

  Great location in Yarmout downtown, good pool, room litle old but in room air condition . Good bathroom. After game was very good relax and comfortable night.

  Great location in downtown Yarmouth. The hotel is a bit dated but my room appeared to have recently had a refresher and was perfectly nice and comfortable for a night's stay on business. The bathroom was clean but worn with the shower wall tiles in desparate need of re-grouting. I noted a pool and gym in the facility which is a nice feature though I didn't use them during my stay.

  The Rodd Grand has invested a great deal of money into upgrades and it really shows. They already had a top notch team of employees and now they have modernized its rooms making it three only place I will stay in Yarmouth.
